Problem Note 43426: Nodes downstream from a communication in a multilevel SAS® Marketing Automation campaign retain their original counts

If you re-execute the first communication node in a multilevel SAS® Customer Intelligence campaign, the counts on nodes that are downstream from the second level communication do not refresh.
This problem occurs when the diagram's Use the most current data when referenced by a link option has not been selected and all nodes already have counts. When the first communication is rerun, the nodes downstream from it retain their original counts rather than being flagged "ready to update."
To correct the problem, either select Clear All Counts from the Actions menu or rerun the nodes downstream from the communication.
